Since I‘m taking the cordyceps, I heard a lot of podcasts talking about the risks in taking mushrooms from China. I wouldn‘t buy them again from you

Work & flow…
Lions mane caps really helps to get a stable mind , focus, resilience. I also do the spray when stressful moments are about to come in ( I m a restaurant maitre) .
Now I’m doing also truffles microdosing when NOT working… can’t have them with stressful environments it gets me anxious. Also I’m on ashwaganda… and soon I’ll do the shilajit also.
This phase of my life is being super demanding , work is taking control so I really need to extra support 🙂
