This policy also includes your statutory right of withdrawal under EU law, which allows you to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the product within 30 days for a full refund.
This policy applies to all purchases made directly from our website.
2. 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
If you are an EU-based consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You do not need to provide a reason.
If you choose to withdraw, we will refund your entire purchase amount, including our standard shipping costs. However, you are responsible for returning the item to us.
To withdraw from your purchase, simply send an email to hello@human-pro.com with your order details. You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us. We will process your refund once we receive the returned item or proof of shipment.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Our Extra Promise to You)
Beyond the legal 14-day withdrawal period, we offer an additional 16 days—giving you 30 days in total to return your product if you’re not satisfied.
Conditions for the 30-Day Guarantee
- You must return the product within 30 days of receiving it.
- The product should be in its original packaging (if possible) and in good condition.
- Opened and used products can be returned within the 30-day period, but if an item is heavily used or damaged, we may partially reduce the refund amount based on its condition.

5. Important Notes & Exclusions
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable. If your order was returned due to unpaid customs fees, we can only refund the product cost (excluding shipping).
