Lions mane caps really helps to get a stable mind , focus, resilience. I also do the spray when stressful moments are about to come in ( I m a restaurant maitre) .
Now I’m doing also truffles microdosing when NOT working… can’t have them with stressful environments it gets me anxious. Also I’m on ashwaganda… and soon I’ll do the shilajit also.
