Shilajit and Lion's Mane: what is in this collection?

The Focus collection groups three products that customers often use during the working day: purified Himalayan Shilajit resin, Lion's Mane capsules and the Lion's Mane Focus Spray. They differ in origin, form and use, but all three are made and tested to the same standard.

Where do our Shilajit and Lion's Mane come from?

The Shilajit is collected in the Himalayas at around 4,000 metres and purified and filtered rather than heat-dried. The Lion's Mane in both the capsules and the spray is grown on our own farm in the Netherlands and harvested as whole fruiting bodies, never as mycelium on grain.

Most Shilajit and most mushroom supplements on the market are sold without a batch-level certificate. We chose the opposite approach for both: we know where each batch comes from, we test it before it ships, and we publish the result.

How are our Shilajit resin and Lion's Mane extract made?

The Lion's Mane is extracted with our Kanzen method: water and alcohol, over six weeks, never above 38 °C, into a 20:1 whole-mushroom extract. The capsules hold 420 mg of that extract each; the spray contains 333 mg per serving plus 11 mg of cinnamon extract. The Shilajit is sold as pure resin in a 50 g jar, not as a powder or a capsule blend.

Because the three products come in different forms - resin, capsules and a liquid - you can choose the one that fits your day. The capsules are vegan and gluten-free and contain only Lion's Mane extract; the resin contains nothing but purified Shilajit.

How are our Shilajit and Lion's Mane tested?

Every batch is tested before it is released. The Shilajit is tested at the source by an independent laboratory for fulvic acid and for lead, cadmium, mercury and arsenic, before it ships. The Lion's Mane is tested for beta-glucans and screened for heavy metals against Regulation (EU) 2023/915. All certificates, including older batches, are on our test results page.

How do I take Shilajit, Lion's Mane capsules and the spray?

Shilajit: dissolve a pea-sized portion of 250-500 mg in warm water or tea, once a day. Lion's Mane capsules: three capsules a day with water, ideally with a meal. The spray: straight into the mouth, following the serving size on the label. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount of any product.

All three are food supplements and not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Store them closed, in a cool and dry place away from sunlight, and out of reach of young children.

Can I take Shilajit and Lion's Mane together?

Yes, many customers take Shilajit alongside their mushroom extracts, and some use Lion's Mane capsules at home and the spray on the go. Keep to the recommended serving for each product, and consult a healthcare professional first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or take medication. For other combinations, see our stacks.

Shilajit, Lion's Mane capsules or the spray: where should I start?

Start with the form that fits your routine. Choose Shilajit if you want a single product that is nothing but purified resin; choose Lion's Mane capsules if you prefer a fixed, measured serving; choose the spray if you want something portable. All three are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can try one before deciding on a combination. Lion's Mane is also part of the Lion's Mane + Cordyceps Bundle and the Mushroom Essentials Complex.

Orders placed before 23:00 on a working day are shipped from the Netherlands the same day, with track and trace. Shipping is free from €40 in the Netherlands and from €70 to other destinations, and every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
