What is the Lion's Mane Focus Spray?
The Lion's Mane Focus Spray is our Lion's Mane extract in liquid form: a 30 ml oral spray that you use straight into the mouth, without water or capsules. Each serving contains 333 mg of whole-mushroom Lion's Mane extract from fruiting bodies and 11 mg of cinnamon extract.
Where does the Lion's Mane in the Focus Spray come from?
It is the same Lion's Mane as in our capsules: grown on our own farm in the Netherlands, harvested as whole fruiting bodies and never made from mycelium grown on grain. Growing, extracting and testing in one place means we can trace every bottle back to its batch.
Lion's Mane is the white, shaggy mushroom that gives the product its name. We grow it under controlled conditions on local agricultural byproducts, harvest it whole and extract it on site, so the mushroom never leaves our hands between growing room and bottle.
How is the Lion's Mane Focus Spray made?
The Lion's Mane is extracted with our Kanzen method: a water and an alcohol extraction of the whole mushroom, over six weeks, never above 38 °C. The extract is combined with cinnamon extract into a liquid, with no artificial fillers or preservatives.
How is the Lion's Mane Focus Spray tested?
The Lion's Mane extract in the spray is tested before release, including a heavy-metal screen against Regulation (EU) 2023/915, and the certificates are published on our test results page. The results page is organised per product, so you can check the spray and the capsules side by side.
How do I use the Lion's Mane Focus Spray?
Spray directly into the mouth and follow the serving size on the label; you do not need water or food. Because it is small, many customers keep it in a bag, a desk drawer or next to their coffee. Store it closed, in a cool place away from sunlight, and do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
The spray is a food supplement, sold in the EU under Directive 2002/46/EC. It is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or take medication, consult a healthcare professional before use, and keep it out of reach of young children.
Lion's Mane spray or capsules: which should I choose?
Choose the spray if you prefer not to swallow capsules or want something to use on the go. Choose Lion's Mane capsules if you want the full serving of 1,260 mg of extract in three capsules and a pouch that lasts 30 days. Some customers use both: capsules at home, the spray when they are away. If you want to combine Lion's Mane with other species, have a look at the mushroom collection and the stacks.
Can I use the Lion's Mane spray with coffee or other supplements?
Yes. The spray can be used alongside coffee, tea and most other supplements, including our mushroom capsules and Shilajit. Keep to the recommended daily amount, and if you take medication, consult a healthcare professional first. Because the spray contains Lion's Mane from the same farm and the same extraction as our capsules, switching between the two is simple: you only need to follow the serving size of the product you use.
