Who we are
This privacy policy explains how Hyperflow B.V., trading as Human Pro Supplements, collects and uses your personal data when you visit our website or buy from us.
We are the data controller for that processing.

Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Shopify — our webshop and checkout platform
- Shopify Payments, Stripe, Klarna and PayPal — to process payments
- Rimco — our fulfilment and shipping partner, and the carriers they use to deliver your parcel
- Klaviyo — email and SMS marketing, and on-site behaviour used to personalise it
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google — advertising and measurement, where you have consented to marketing cookies
- Exact Online — our accounting system, for invoicing and tax records
- Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it
Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on the European Commission's adequacy decisions or on Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply.
How long we keep it
- Invoices and order records: 7 years. Dutch tax law requires us to keep these, and we cannot delete them before that period ends, even on request.
- Your customer account and order history: for as long as you have an account with us, so that you can see your past orders and we can handle returns, warranty and support. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will, apart from the invoice records above.
- Marketing consent and email history: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep a record that you unsubscribed, so we do not contact you again.
- Website analytics and advertising data: in line with the retention configured in each tool, typically no more than 26 months.
- Support correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and then while it may still be relevant to your order.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct it if it is wrong or incomplete
- Erase it, where we have no continuing reason to keep it
- Restrict how we use it
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format, or have it sent to another provider
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), or to the authority in the country where you live.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your basket, understand how the site is used, and measure our advertising. Cookies that are not strictly necessary are only set once you consent through our cookie banner, and you can change that choice at any time.
Children
Our products and our website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their data, email us and we will delete it.
Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions about you by purely automated means that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version published here is the one that applies, and we will update the date at the top when we change it.
