When is the best time to take the Sleep Stack?

Reishi works best 1 to 2 hours before bed, when its calming, parasympathetic-supporting properties have time to take effect. Ashwagandha is more flexible. Some users take it in the morning to manage daytime stress and support healthy cortisol rhythm. Others take it in the evening alongside Reishi for sleep support. A common approach is to split-dose: one capsule in the morning, one in the evening.

How long until I notice effects?
